 Ratepayers have been dispossessed

Ratepayers have been dispossessed

THE 1988 Constitutional Referendum’s four proposals were defeated soundly in every State of the

Commonwealth.

This resounding defeat included the proposal as follows: “A Proposed law: To alter the Constitution to recognise Local Government. Do you approve this proposed alteration?”

Two years later this defeat was by-passed when the States passed their version of the Local Government Act.

The Federal bureaucracy created a new Department called “Regional Development and Local Government” under which it became clear that all original State boundaries were to be dissolved and the nation was to be reorganised into 24 “Production Regions” each of which was answerable to Canberra as central office. (Contrary to Referendum result).

So now exists an Australian “Republic”.

In a letter dated February 7, 2008 from the office of the Premier of Queensland it shows that matters now raised challenging the Queensland creation of itself and now known as “The Brigalow Corporation” are to be considered in a current application by a concerned Queensland resident before the High Court of Australia (which The Brigalow Corporation does not recognise).

This is because Queensland knows itself as a “Private Corporate Republic” that is separate from the Commonwealth of Australia and the 1900 Australian Constitution and its Preamble of States in dissolubility and from H.R.H. Queen Elizabeth II.

Furthermore, the Australia Act of 1986 was signed by the then Prime Minister Bob Hawke as Queen of Australia even though the queen was in Australia at the time the Bill was presented.

“Local” has gone from local

government.

Ratepayers and residents have become dispossessed, unrepresented stateless refugees in the politicians’ republic corporation which has by-passed the protection of the peoples’ Australian Constitution.
